Visual Identity and Branding

I'm starting out my own clothing brand as a personal business project. The brand focuses on a young target, making a proposal to gender neutral garments through fabrics and textures. I'd use help with the creation of a visual identity (logo, colors, font...), and then the application of those to packing items (boxes, stickers, tags...). Depending on my budget, it would be great if you can help me create a web page.
