Vintage Wooden Sign Replication

I'm looking for a craftsman who can replicate a vintage subway sign for me. I've attached two pictures of this sign that I've seen in another home - it is placed above a pier mirror and says "SMITH - 9 ST. & CONEY ISLAND" and is approximately 40 inches wide and 10 inches tall. The sign has an aged and weathered look, and we want to replicate this appearance.
Key requirements:
