Vintage-Inspired Logo Design

I'm in need of a creative designer who can help me with a unique vintage-style logo to be used as a sticker for my personal motorcycle.
Key Requirements:
- A vintage style logo design
- Use of a gold, black and possibly blue color scheme
- Incorporation of specific imagery, with flexibility for minor changes
- The design in mind would be similar to the logo of the Califronia Highway Patrol but states the brand of my motorcycle (Harley Davidson). Image included for reference.
-The design needs to be of appropriate size or is scalable to be printed on sticker material for application in different locations in my motorcycle.
