Vibrant Logo Design for Event Marketing Company

I'm in need of a creative and vibrant logo for my event marketing company - True-17. The design should primarily feature the colors blue and pink, with perhaps some white in the mix.
Key Requirements:
- compass rose tilted to 17 degrees
- words True 17 within the logo
- can use “dashes” before / after the word True
- example attached (words too big in example)
