Urgent Softball Team Logo Design

I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer who can design a unique logo for our softball team. Our team colors are black, teal, and white, and we would like for these colors to be incorporated into the design. While no particular style or theme was specified, the successful applicant should be able to flex their creative muscles and bring a new vision to our team's image. Time is of the essence as we need the project completed ASAP. Looking to get the attached logo in a clearer crisp black, and a white, and a teal.
