Updates to a line art B&W logo for a newspaper business showing people reading newspapers at a 1950s soda fountain

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to update my logo for my newspaper business. I want to add additional elements to the logo that are contextually relevant and to incorporate a particular font of my choosing. The logo is currently a line art black and white representation of people reading newspapers at a 1950's soda fountain. No colorization is involved and the logo, with changed people plus one added person and one added puppy, will stay with the look and feel of the existing logo. I am looking for someone who is proficient in graphic design and has skills and experience to make the scalable logo look truly special.
