Update site to Micro Social Media with ID verification with pay wall entry

Looking to update website to have an online signup with an ID verification and be a closed formal network for choral directors. During the signup they should make an official formal profile with a profile photo, and a biography etc. They should be able to sign up as a director, choreographer, Arranger, Adjudicator, Clinician, Production(Audio/Visual, Staging, Costumes) Add a news letter on homepage, an election process for members to vote on elected officials and polices between themselves, a rankings list that can be updated easily, and leave room for potential future site integration.
A livestream page that resembles a specific photo of a stage I can share. Judges profiles should be included in biography of livestream to view as well as competition itineraries, Ad placements, Specific forums for competitions(be able to link to other websites or have signup cards for directors for other to join their competition), choreographers, arrangers, and production staffing. Each feed should be able to be filtered by 5 regions of the U.S. (Northeast, West Coast, Midwest, South, and Mountain Region.)
