Travel Logo

Looking for logo designer. I have copies a concept of what I would like to have, but not real happy with the last design. I want a global design with you are here markers floating away from it. The globe needs to look as it is spinning and breaking away. I have picture of what I am looking for but not quite what I want. I really like the image of the earth falling away into piece and those piece should turn into you are here markers. Colors I like are royal blue, green or purple. I need a quick three sentence reason why you want project. I don't want image that is not eye catching, I can make a simple cut/paste logo myself. I am looking for someone who can take my input and turn logo into something eye catching, able to be copyrighted and original. Open to ideas, but don't want a stock logo, This will be a challenge to get it right, but please feel free to bid as will have future projects for website design with SEO and digital marketing. Collaborate with someone if you have to do so.
