The Roaming Kiwi Cartoon Logo

I need a circular cartoon logo created with the text 'The Roaming Kiwi' around it in an arc. The cartoon is of a kiwi bird similar to the attached. This MUST be your own design creation and not a copy from the Internet. The logo will be required for multimedia types (print, web and social media) so a pdf and expandable vector graphics will be needed as final. How much and how long will this take and how many changes are allowed? I Have attached a sample idea. Please do not use the same design as this will infringe copyright law.
