Texas bbq Latin fusion -- 2

I am looking to create a Texas BBQ Latin fusion project that will incorporate not only Mexican cuisine but pull from many different latin regions. The end result will be a fusion of Texan BBQ and Latin flavors that can be enjoyed in a fast-food setting. I plan to use authentic ingredients from all over Latin America to create dishes that are true to traditional recipes, making sure that the flavor and spirit of Hispanic cuisine remains intact. I'm hoping to collaborate with an experienced team who can help bring my vision of Texas BBQ Latin fusion to life. The name of my business is going to be Mad Cat BBQ. An homage to my feline friend. She was an all white tabby cat with a temper to love me and me alone. I’ve been in the culinary industry all life. I have a degree in culinary arts as well. My mission will be to eventually give back to the veteran community. My husband is a Marine Veteran, and would love to support and give back to this. My name is Diana and my husband is Daniel.
