Project Brief: Visual Treatment for Product Names
Objective: The goal is to craft a unified visual identity for our product names, integrating the product platform/tagline and model numbers where relevant. This visual identity will be utilized across a variety of materials, including signage, labels, and digital content, to ensure consistent brand representation and recognition.
Products and Specifications:
1. Product Names: FlexiScan, IsoScan, TunnelScan
2. Platforms/Taglines:
ACT – Air Filtration Systems
ACT – Barrier Isolation Systems
ACT - Sterilization Tunnels
3. Model Numbers (as applicable): .v3 (denoting version 3)
Focus for Design Mockup:
Initially concentrate on perfecting the "FlexiScan.v3 ACT – Air Filtration Systems" example (see attached), then apply the established treatment to other product names. Once "FlexiScan.v3 ACT – Air Filtration Systems" is approved, adaptations without the tagline will be straightforward.
Design Requirements:
1. With Product Platform/Tagline, Without Model Number:
Integrate the product name seamlessly with its corresponding platform/tagline.
Example: "FlexiScan ACT – Air Filtration Systems"
2. With Product Platform/Tagline, With Model Number:
Include the model number in the design, ensuring it is clearly linked to the product name yet distinct enough for future version updates.
Example: "FlexiScan.v3 ACT – Air Filtration Systems"
3. Product Name, Without Model Number:
Focus on the product name for instances where the platform/tagline and model number are unnecessary.
Example: "FlexiScan"
4. Product Name, With Model Number:
Emphasize the product name along with the model number, excluding the platform/tagline.
Example: "FlexiScan.v3"
Design Considerations:
Consistency: Maintain uniformity in design across all variations to strengthen brand identity.
Legibility: Ensure readability in various sizes and contexts, from compact labels to expansive signage.
Flexibility: Design should accommodate straightforward updates to model numbers without necessitating a full redesign.
Brand Alignment: Designs should mirror the company’s branding and color scheme, highlighting modernity, precision, and reliability.
Visual Hierarchy: Clearly differentiate between the product name, platform/tagline, and model number.
Deliverables:
Design Mockups: Supply mockups for each specified product name variation.
Style Guide: A concise guide detailing typography, color palette, and spacing to ensure uniform application across mediums.
Digital Files: Final designs in both vector (AI or SVG) and raster (PNG or JPEG) formats, suitable for both print and digital applications.
