Special logo

I would like someone to get creative and make my logo more animated- eye catchy. I would like to add special designs to and around my logo. I would like for it it be kid friendly and be centered around fiber optic cables/ telephone poles/ lineman wood pole climbers if possible. I’m wanting this new logo to be special and cool as I’m planning on printing it on the back of tshirts. Would like someone who can think outside the box and make a cool animated logo. I will attach my logo ( “R” Rural Broadband Solutions) and some random images that might help you come up with a special design to make my logo look amazing
