Simple logo graphic

I'm looking for a simple monochrome logo graphic to represent my business. I have a fairly clear vision of the look I want, and I want a modern and minimalist design. Additionally, I have a rough concept in mind that must incorporate a custom symbol or icon – I am open to ideas and suggestions to enhance the logo and make it stand out from my perfect example of lack of talent. I am very excited to see the creative designs that could come out of this project!
