Simple logo Design

I am a share holder of a limited company
Name: Orgineel KaySan

We want to design a logo.
We are basically all round. We open franchises of other companies etc.

We have a small budget and would like to have a simple helper with this project.

I already have something in my mind what I would like to see:
Orgineel KaySan
the letters "gi" should be replaced with *eye emoji*.
