Simple Logo Design

I'm in need of creating a logo for a web-application we're developing.
The logo should be a simple one with a single color: rgb(40, 199, 111).
We want an owl to be a main part of the logo.
The concept that the logo should utilize includes: team collaboration, communication, wise approach.
