Shehawks logo

Hi I found your info on google and would like to see if you can and how much to re work a couple logos. This first pic of the raiders logo is just for reference. What I’d like is this Seahawks logo with the Dallas Cowboys Star in its eye and bleeding like in the raiders logo. No grey around the Seahawk either Can that be done. It would be fantastic if so.
