Rustic Creative Business Logo Design

We are seeking for a skilled graphic designer to create a business logo for our company. The logo should be creative, reflect the essence of our brand, rustic, modern or old school. IMOD Coatings specialize in sandblast and powder coating. IMOD also short for "In memory of dad" was a business plan idea before his passing so here we are.
Ideal skills would include:
- Experience in graphic design and branding, specifically rustic and creative design styles
- Strong visualization and creative thinking abilities
- Ability to effectively incorporate a company's business name into a recognizable and memorable logo
The task at hand includes:
- Designing a logo where my business name is prominently featured
