Role-playing game project - Rebranded

I currently have a project listed - now removed - however the task appears too difficult due to the code being many years old.

I am looking for someone to source and then reskin/rebrand an online RPG so that I can run it as an admin.

Need not be highly complex, but needs to be operational with little if any ongoing maintenance. Simple graphics would be ideal...
