Rifdla project

My name is Rifka, and I am seeking a freelancer to help me with a project I'm working on: the Rifdla project. The goal of this project is to design a RFID system with short-range (up to 1 meter) capabilities. I may need materials that are not commonly available, so I am open to the possibility that specialized materials might be necessary for the successful completion of this project.
