Revive Vintage Family Business Logo

I'm looking for a designer to help me create merchandise using my family's old business logo. This logo has sentimental value as our family has been in this business since the 1980s.
Key tasks:
- Utilize the old logo to design T-Shirts, mugs, and other merchandise
- Propose alternate designs based on the old logo. This could include different color schemes, or a modernized version of the logo.
