Redrawn Photoshop Designs

I'm looking for an artist that can draw my T-shirt designs I've done in photoshop using pictures from the internet. I have three t-shirt designs to be redrawn. Those pictures are owned copyrighted; so I can't use them. I need these designs that will be drawn to use as mockups. The designs should be in SVG format. Whichever artist I decide to go with will have to sign a copyright assignment/confidentiality agreement. I will need some form of ID to ensure you are the actual person I'm hiring. The agreement will be notarized after both parties have signed. I'm looking for artist preferably in the U.S. I will decide which artist I will be working with some time next week.
