Redesign logo

I am looking for a talented designer who can help me redesign my company's logo. The current logo design is bold and eye-catching, but I feel like it needs a fresh and modern update.
I have some ideas in mind for the new design, but I am also open to suggestions. I would like the designer to incorporate specific colors and elements that align with my vision, but I am willing to explore different options as well.
I am hoping to make the logo round with the website and a phone number on it. I want it to look similar to the 24/7 Group current logo. I am open to taking the word Group out of it. You can see my current logo on my website www.24-7.nz and a picture of the logo on my vehicle. I am wanting to make it round so I can get some stickers made for security.
