Rebranding my mobile app. Brand kit and name/logo.

I'm looking for a talented freelancer to help with my mobile app rebranding project. I'm looking for an experienced professional who can develop a new brand kit, logo and name that reflects the existing style of my app. My brand values are focused on reliability, so it's important that this quality is represented in the rebranding. The elements I need included are a new name/slogan, logo design, and color palette. Attaching the file of existing color of the app. So would prefer to use this color only in logo.
