Rebranding for an exciting tech company

From transactions in bricks and mortar, to delivering exceptional e-commerce buying journeys. And everything in between. Yes, we really do boldly go where no business has gone before.
Phase 1:
To start we are looking for a minimum of 3 exciting, memorable logo designs for Soldi Unlimited. This logo should not only appeal to enterprise clients, but starts ups too. We have no time to waste - the world is waiting for us! Please respond with why we should choose you to rebrand us.
We do have reference to a direction of what we like and would like to see your interpretation/improvement of this, as well as 2 other designs from your own conceptualisation. Total 3 logo presentations.
The references are attached. It is also important to note that we should be able to use "soldi" as with or without the word "limited".
Phase 2:
The chosen designer will work with us on an agreed rate, to roll out the logo into a website, digital and print materials.
Please ONLY respond if you are an experienced graphic designer with the ability to think out the box, creatively design and roll-out concepts into various mediums.
