Quirky Logo & Graphics for Beer Blog

I'm starting a fun and quirky beer blog and need a logo and some graphical materials.
I added here some interesting outputs from playing with AI tools, but it really fails to get the spelling right in the following iterations.

Key Requirements:
- A 'fun and quirky' style logo
- A banner design ("BREWVENTURES" placard with lettering reminding a beer glass)
- Assistance with refining a general color scheme I've got in mind
