Logo Design: Yes, I have an idea

We are a psychological and consulting services company focused on mental health. We are looking to build a logo that represents our brand and services.
My business name is “streeter psychological and consulting services” the name is long and I plan on shortening it for my business cards. For the logo, I like the idea of incorporating the psychology symbol with some growth aspect (pictures below).
Also, the color scheme has to be kind of calm and tranquil since it’s a mental health practice. Thinking like blues, greens and grays. However, if there is a way to also make it strong I’d like that too. Basically I want people to feel comfortable when they see the logo.
And here it is with the brain on one side. Then I was thinking something to do with growth on the other side (like a depiction of a tree or something)
