Provide professional high quality designs for the entertainment industry

Hello,
Today I would like to ask you to create a professional brand identity for an entertainment company.
This company will focus on numerous things - such as podcasts, production, talkshows, film festivals and awards ceremonies.
For that reason it needs to have a one logo that will bring that all together in an unique way.
What are the tasks:
1, Logo - universal but powerful logo that will connect all the works that the company does. The name of the company is ''Over The Bohemia'' and that should be incuded in the logo (not the full name but maybe just parts of it or just ''Bohemia''). On top of that I would like to have it connected with the Czech Republic and I have in mind that the outline of the logo should remind a Czech republic borders.
- The logo should be modern and maybe 3d. It should be in a nice golden or silver tone to it. Logo should be 2048x2048 and you should send it to me in a psd file.
- The logo should be ready to be changed a bit - meaning that you could add the ''podcast'' or ''Awards Ceremony'' into it - under it - next to it - using the psd. template.
2, Create 6 different icons for Awards ceremony (in a similar style as the logo will be).
- Those icons has to look prestigious and unique - this time it should have three colors gold, silver and bronze.
- Each icon will represent 6 different awards - it is up to you which symbols you will create for each awards.
- List of the awards: Best Feature Film, Best Feature Documentary, Best Screenplay, Best Trailer, Best Music Video, Best Dance Video
All of those things has to be made from scratch and copyright free for commercial use. All fonts used has to be cleared and copyright free for commercial use. Use free fonts. That is your responsibility.
This work will be given to multiple people and then decided who is the best. In the beginning you should only make couple drafts of logo and couple icons and then if hired you will do the rest.
The compensation will be between 8-30 EUR. This project has a potential to be repeated work.
