Vector Refinement and Print-Setup Brief
The final logo design and business-card layout have already been approved. The scope of this project is limited to professional vector refinement, technical preparation and print-production setup.
Please do not redesign or substantially alter the approved logo concept or business-card format.
Scope of Work
Please:
Rebuild and refine the logo as a clean, mathematically accurate vector.
Ensure all lines, curves, corners, window details and spacing are sharp and consistent.
Standardise stroke weights and geometric alignment.
Confirm the orange diamond and all other elements are correctly centred and aligned.
Refine the wordmark kerning and spacing without changing the approved typography or layout.
Ensure the logo remains clear and legible at small sizes.
Prepare all logo variations for digital and professional print use.
Set up the business card according to commercial printing standards.

Please prepare a one-page logo specification sheet showing:
Primary logo dimensions and proportions
Minimum clear-space requirement
Minimum recommended logo size
Alignment and spacing measurements
Approved colour values in CMYK, RGB and HEX
Recommended background usage
Examples of the full-colour, black, white and greyscale versions
Final Quality Requirements
Before delivery, please confirm that:
All vector paths are clean and properly joined.
There are no unnecessary anchor points, clipping masks or hidden objects.
Curves and corners are precise and symmetrical.
Stroke weights are visually consistent.
Fine details remain clear at small sizes.
Colours are suitable for both coated and uncoated print applications.
Black text uses an appropriate print black rather than an unnecessary rich-black mix.
All files open correctly without missing fonts, links or images.
The print-ready files comply with the selected printer’s specifications.
Please submit the actual-size PDF proof for approval before the artwork is released for final printing.
