Polo logo design ideas

I am looking for a logo designer who can create modern logo ideas for a team polo t-shirt. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating modern logos in polos
Specific requirements for the project include:
- The logo should have a modern design style
- The color scheme is open to suggestions
- The logo is for an a team polo
The Polo design is open to creative ideas. It must have three tag lines "Ethics office, Policy team and Ethics bunch" I'm open to doing Ethics bunch on the sleeve instead of top right of the polo. This will be an embroidered polo
