Please design my logo!

My business is a mobile personal training and fascial stretch therapy business that is professional and fun!
The name of my business is Back to BASICS (where BASICS is an acronym for "Before Anyone Sat in Chairs" but it doesn't have to be part of the logo). What that means is my goal is to get people back to moving before they were sitting in chairs (which is not good for posture and weakened the body). Logo design does not HAVE to have a chair, but if you can make it work, then great!
The colours I want are blue and white and specifically the blue that is uploaded.
If I like your logo design, I will ask to also design my business card.
