Photo Editing and SVG Conversion

I need a skilled photo editor who can remove the background and other unnecessary features from a PNG image, and convert it to a SVG file compatible with Cricut software.

Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proficiency in photo editing software
- Experience with SVG file creation
- Familiarity with Cricut software requirements

Please note, enhancement are needed after the object is removed.
