Original artwork of fish for use in a logo

My company is Trout and Cigars, LLC. I am finding it difficult to find an artist who works well and quickly to alter my core logo. I have a registered TM tagline -- "If it ain't lit, they won't hit!" The core logo has a trout smoking a cigar and I feel it was well done but now I want to interchange different fish types within the same logo. The fish could be a tarpon, musky, walleye, smallmouth bass, redfish and so on. I want to develop a catalog of smoking fish. Also, I want the artist to know something about digital printing on t-shirts and such as well as a working knowledge of stitching/embroidery. I am finding out that this needs to be a consideration when creating a logo. I am also open to creative ideas. I would want the art in many different file types for use on many medias from embroidery to t-shirts, to mugs to stickers to wall art. I also want to be able to play with the art myself in editing programs. I would want the whole logo and then the fish alone. I want color and line art versions. I believe I want an artist versus a graphic artist who, as I understand it, pulls art from clipart and such and then modifies it. But I am open to suggestions. Thank you for taking time to read this.
