One Logo and One Banner design

I am looking for a freelancer to design a logo and banner for my brand. The purpose of the design is to establish my brand identity. Although I don't have a preferred color scheme or style in mind, I have a rough idea of what I want. I would like to provide specific elements or symbols to be included in the designs. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design and branding.
