NotaryForm Corporate Identity Design
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Project Briefing – Development of a Complete Corporate Identity for NOTARYFORM
About Us
We are NOTARYFORM, a digital form management tool specifically developed for notaries. The project is initiated and led by the German-based digital agency Salzer & Siegel, a young and ambitious team with strong technical roots and product development experience.
Our target audience operates in a highly professional and tradition-conscious environment. At the same time, we aim to be perceived as modern, dynamic, and technically skilled solution partners with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Our goal is to create a complete, professional, and consistent Corporate Identity (CI) that reflects both the seriousness of the legal field and our positioning as tech experts in a regulated environment.
What We Already Have / Starting Point
We will provide the following materials, which offer a solid visual direction and serve as input and foundation for your design work:
A basic color and typography concept that we already like
Our current logo as an .svg file – overall quite fitting, but it requires slight refinement (e.g. fixing minor asymmetries)
Two initial pitch slides that already point in the right direction
Early drafts of background shape concepts, which should be refined visually
Goal
Based on this foundation, we want you to develop a fully-fledged, well-thought-out and visually consistent Corporate Identity that brings our brand to life.
The CI should reflect and communicate our core values:
Trust and professionalism
Technological competence
Minimalism with visual depth
Modernity, clarity, precision
A strong sense of entrepreneurial drive
The visual identity should effectively bridge the gap between traditional legal professionalism and forward-looking tech innovation – clearly positioning NOTARYFORM as a premium, reliable and modern partner for notarial offices.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a designer who can:
Take our existing elements and transform them into a complete, professional CI
Create a clean, elegant visual system with consistent shapes and graphical language
Help us apply the CI across web, print, and presentation materials
Visually express our brand positioning as a legal-tech expert
Deliverables (goal: full CI + branding guide)
The final result should be a complete Corporate Identity with an accompanying Branding Guide, ready for consistent use across all media and touchpoints.
Expected deliverables:
A defined visual language (e.g. background shapes, layout principles, spacing)
Refinement of the existing logo, including correction of asymmetries
Final color palette, typography, and optionally iconography
A comprehensive style/branding guide (PDF or Figma), documenting rules and use cases
Application examples showing how the CI can be used in web, print, and presentations
In addition, we would like to receive:
A Microsoft PowerPoint (PPTX) master slide deck
A Microsoft Word letterhead template for formal correspondence
An email signature (HTML or editable format)
Optional: business card layout, social media image templates, favicon/app icons
Proof of Art / Selection Criteria
To help us select the right designer, we’d appreciate a small creative preview: a rough sketch, mockup, or visual direction that shows how you'd approach NOTARYFORM. It doesn’t have to be polished – just enough to give us a sense of your thinking and style.
Target Audience
Notaries and law firms – high-level professionals, quality-driven, and seeking a trustworthy, elegant, and modern digital solution.
Tone & Brand Values
Serious, modern, trustworthy, clear, minimalist, dynamic, and professional – with a tech-savvy mindset and strong founder energy.
