New Logo needed

I need a new logo created using this as an influence. I love this design however, it's too similar to a co-worker. If you can come up with something along this style incorporating a house or anything you believe might be attractive. The color scheme could be possible but maybe more gray as prominently used vs. blue. I will need a total of 4 variations. Using the attachments below. Thanks in advance.
