I am looking for a talented graphic designer to create a new logo based on our current logo. Attached is the original IBC logo (must have Khmer writing above the IBC logo) and the new 30 year logo. The change I require is a new 31 year logo. The project requires making minor changes to the existing design to give it a fresh look while maintaining the essence of the original/30 year logo. I need the new logo in pdf jpg and ai.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design and logo creation.
- Experience in creating logos that incorporate minor changes to existing designs is preferred.
