New Company Same Logo

We are starting a sister company in the state of florida and would like to utilize the same logo and incorporate the new name. Old name is JMB Landscaping. New one is TLE Outdoors. I would like to keep the same fonts and have the same branch concept come out of the E like it does the existing B. Outdoors will be the same script as landscaping, Inc.
