Neutral Modern Logo Design Needed

I’m ready to launch a fresh brand identity and the first deliverable I need is a modern, professional logo built around neutral, subtle colors.
You can think clean lines, balanced negative space, and a concept that still feels distinctive—something that will translate perfectly from website header to social-media avatar without losing clarity.
I work primarily with Adobe tools myself, so I’ll want the final artwork in fully editable Illustrator (.ai) format along with high-resolution PNG and SVG exports. If you prefer Photoshop or another vector-ready platform, that’s fine as long as the master file remains layered and scalable.
Once the logo is in place I have plenty more creative work in the pipeline—social graphics, thumbnail sets, short-form video edits, and even custom anime-style motion clips—so there’s genuine long-term potential here for the right designer who can move comfortably between Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
All concepts must be original. Please factor at least two major revision rounds into your proposal so we can iterate toward a perfect mark. I’m flexible on timeline and milestones; just indicate how long you’ll need for initial drafts and final delivery when you respond.
