Need 1 GIF Image of Logo

We have a logo we want converted into a GIF. Size requirements is 420 x 95. We have a version of the original logo attached, and a version of the new Logo we need.We need it to look good on a variety of Backgrounds (see URL in attachment). We need this logo in next few hours.
