Need a Brand Design for Food Oriented Company

Hello! We are looking for the right person to help us design print and digital assets for a company that will be selling packaged ingredients for authentic international recipes. The immediate work needed includes:
- Logo (web and print versions in multiple formats)
- Website assets
- Recipe cards
- Sticker for packaging exterior
Future work will include:
- Complete packaging exterior and interior
- Complete website
- Digital ads
As we expand into additional recipes and products, the work will continue so we intent to find someone who will establish the look and feel now with an eye to future work and consistency.
We are looking for someone with professionalism and experience. We need ideas to be shared and vision to be created and expressed. Someone who can collaborate with seasoned professionals and work towards an amazing outcome. Additionally, a preference will be given to people who have a passion for food and cooking.
We have no patience for people who consistently miss deadlines, don't communicate or don't take creative feedback well.
