Modernize a logo and create a basic style guide.

We are looking to update our current logo. It is attached. (I have AI files as well)
The Icon must stay the same, but we need to re-arrange the wording etc.
I have a few ideas that we can discuss further but we are really looking for your input.
Key Tasks:
• Redesigning my existing logo into a more modern style.
• Developing a style guide for consistent use across digital platforms
Ideal skills and experiences include:
• Extensive background in logo design
• Proven experience in digital media design
• Previous work developing style guides.
