Modern Real Estate Logo Concepts

I'm launching a modern and clean real estate business and need 10 logo concepts. I have a rough idea of what I want but need different versions and color choices.

Requirements:
- Modern and clean design (based of a draft I have created and will provide)
- 10 unique logo concepts
- Marketing package of files I can later use for my website, business cards, and promotional items (hats, polos, etc.)
- Open to color scheme recommendations

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong portfolio in modern logo design
- Experience creating comprehensive marketing packages
- Knowledge of color theory and branding
