I'm looking for a talented graphic designer to play with a name and create a logo. The design will be the brand of a new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a modern and minimalist logo
- To be suitable for graphics on the side of a service van
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in creating unique and memorable logos
- Understanding of print design and its requirements

Ikon S|M is a business which manages strata titled facilities., ie the S|M stands for Strata Management.
Strata titled facilities can be apartments where owners will own their own apartment but share common property.
Strata Managers are required to provide maintenance to common property and manage shared expenses across multiple owners of a facility.
In respect to the name and logo design, I would like a creative to play with the letters and colours so I can visually see ideas that might appeal. Potentially the “S|M part could be rotated or boxed".
The logo needs to maintain its simplistic style. Less is better.
