Modern Logo Design with Bright Colors

We are currently in the midst of launching a management consultancy - the name of our company is Noria ( Norias are ancient water wheels that lift water up from within the earth to the surface, nourishing and replenishing the community. Noria symbolizes human potential and taps our Inner Wells in order for us to make positive change in the world).
The ask is: we've come up with a concept of what we want the logo and brand to look like and we need a designer to take that concept and elevate it and turn it into a complete logo, brand with colours pantones, typography, powper point template and information needed to use when building the website. We do want part of the logo to be animated so it moves on the website.
We have a full briefing document ready to with all the details as well as templates of the concepts we've created. Is this something you are able to support with?
