Modern Logo Design for AREP

I'm looking for a designer who can create a modern logo for my Real Estate company, "All Real Estate Properties" (abbreviated as AREP). The logo should be visually appealing on a gray background with the abbreviation 'AREP' in gold color and having an A shaped structure or "A" framed building or roof of a building utilizing the A of the abbreviation as it's shape and being larger and more emphasized than the other letters with a hyphen between the "A" shaped structure and the letters REP in bold text, below "A -REP" include the full name of the company "All Real Estate Properties" in smaller font in a lighter gold shade.

Key elements to incorporate:
