Modern Aggressive Logo Design

I'm looking for a modern aggressive logo that will be primarily used for my website and online presence, but has the ability to be black and white for business cards, advertisement, and apparel.
Business Type: The logo is to represent a business that assist student-athletes with american football recruiting for college scholarships.

Original Idea: The words should be with Trust on one line THE PROCESS on the second line and the recruiting on the third. I would like the hands shaking below the writing. Above the writing I would like half a american football sideways with the laces up. The football patter should be a globe though with american football laces. incorporate a plane flying around it as its a international brand. The colors used can be black, white and ant other accents/colors you think we should ass to make it look better for example greys or silver, maybe even gold.
