Job Title: 2D Logo Animation for Real Estate Brand (Jayaram Ventures LLP)
Project Overview:
Jayaram Ventures LLP is a real estate development company in India with operations spanning apartment construction, plotted layouts, and farmland development. We’re seeking a skilled 2D motion designer to create two distinct logo animations that reflect our corporate tone, minimalistic brand style, and professional identity.
What We Need:
• Two logo animations (we have two logo versions)
• Each animation should be delivered in two versions:
• For light backgrounds
• For dark backgrounds
• The animations must be:
• Minimalist (clean, modern, no cartoonish or exaggerated effects)
• Professional, matching corporate brand standards
• Suitable for intros/outros on social media, presentations, and marketing videos
• Duration: ~3 to 6 seconds each
• Smooth motion, elegant transitions, subtle builds – not flashy or overdone
Reference Style:
Please check the logo animation style used in the YouTube channel @HyderabadGrowthTelugu. We are inspired by their clean, brand-aligned, and corporate-style logo reveal – something simple yet impactful that adds credibility to the brand.
Deliverables:
• 4 finalized logo animations:
• Logo A – Light BG
• Logo A – Dark BG
• Logo B – Light BG
• Logo B – Dark BG
• File formats: MP4 (with and without transparency)
• Source project files (After Effects or similar)
• High-resolution output: 1080p minimum (4K preferred)
We Will Provide:
• Vector logos (AI/SVG)
• Brand color palette
• Guidance on suitable background tones
Ideal Animator Profile:
• Proven experience in minimalist, corporate logo animation
• Strong portfolio (links required) – especially with real estate, architecture, or tech brands
