Minimalist Black & White Logo Design

I'm seeking a modern, rustic, minimalist logo for my small business in Colorado. Rustic Clay Tools and Pottery. It should be in classic black and white, or grey, without any bold or vibrant colors. The logo needs to incorporate my company's name in a rustic font. I have also attached an example that was created in Canva. I love this look, the font style and Elk, but I need something uniquely designed that feels similar to this example but different enough that I could Trademark it.
