Hi,
I am looking into starting a Mediterranean food line have the following:
Dips: Hummus, Baba Ghannouj, etc...
Pickled: line of products
Bread line
Salads like Fattoush, Tabouleh and a few other salads.
Deserts and Sweets: Baklava range, Knafeh, Basbousa, Maamoul,
Mains: vegetarian and meat-based: Kebab, Kofta, Kibbeh, Dolma, Potato Kibbeh
Will require someone who understands middle eastern food yet has an understanding of vacuum packing and trying sealing and packaging and logo design etc.. to streamline the brand and the design of packing.
