Looking for a logo/brand designer

As my business grows and expands I'm looking for someone to design a logo/branding that reflects this. I work in a B2B environment, assisting firms in the financial industry with their compliance with regulations. Whilst the environment is considered fairly corporate, my business values are committed to offering personal yet professional support so would like my logo/branding to reflect this. Have included what my current logo/branding is (its extremely simple) so open to new thoughts/ideas to take it forward.
